At various tiomes Homeland security has said the following may be a terrorist: People who talk about freedom, liberty, patriotism,Ron Paul, the Constitution,or the Bill of Rights. People who are veterans,libertarians, christian, anti-catholic, anti nuclear, anti abortion,suspicious of excessive Government regulations, or who have more than 7 days supply of food,and lots of other stuff. If you don't feel you fit into any of those, don't feel left out because if you are within 200 feet in any direction of a target you may very well be "included".No warrants, no proof needed. As attorney General Eric Holder said , when being questioned about "due process" after a drone targeted an American citizen in Yemen: "In my opinion due process (as guarenteed by the Constitution)does not necessarily mean judicial process"
